Often described by her ‘friends’ as proof that the Intellectual-class is a misnomer, Quickfingers Jasna Kosar is an almost legendary surgeon, with a manual dexterity that makes her often the first choice for sensitive operations. Unfortunately, that’s her only skill– in all other fields, calling her an idiot would be an insult to other idiots. This disconnect has led to her being largely avoided by her coworkers any time they’re not on the clock, and while Jasna is unable to understand that she’s being intentionally isolated, that distance was enough to push her seeking other ways of connection. For someone with a gift for delicate work and questionable morals, her chance came in being recruited by the Scrapraider for her team of scavengers– on the condition that, no matter what, she keep her “side job” as quiet as she can, as an Intellectual-class running scavenging would be a serious offense.[1]
