Once just another Military-class soldier, Willbreaker Theodore Vasquez was promoted to Intellectual-class after taking an interest in the ongoing Cur project. Under his guidance, obedience of trained Curs was increased significantly, a training regimen of his own design instilling unfailing loyalty to the Vuurstahl Empire in them, though the specifics of the regimen were a closely-kept secret of his. When Formweaver Nadia Hertzel exposed the truth of the Cur project to the newly-formed Tempestian Union, the Empire, recognizing Vasquez’s potential as an asset, used the rest of the project as the shed tail to hide his involvement and keep him under GMS employ. Now he works in general military training, where his sadistic side has served him well in training the Empire’s best and brightest. He seems to have a hidden project in the works, though the only soldiers that are aware of it have been silenced by unknown means.
