Father to Lucia and Aina Page, Isak Page lived in the town of Thavma, a suburb in western Vruikt Barr known for its wealth of peach trees. He was an alchemist in one of Vruikt Barr’s most prestigious alchemic institutes, though shortly before the War of Fire, he found himself a single father when his wife disappeared without a trace, leaving him to raise Lucia and Aina on his own, and hampering his ability to work significantly. Despite the hardships, those around him knew Isak as a warm and gentle man, albeit with a weakness in the way of most household skills.
Isak’s life was cut short in the latter days of the War of Fire, when the Vuurstahl Empire initiated its purge of the Barrian alchemists. The 9th Company found him at his home, and Gutripper Madison Caldwell, lost to the Enkidu’s rage, tore Isak and his adopted daughter Aina to shreds.
